COVID-19

You will be asked a series of questions to screen for Covid-19 prior to booking an appointment over the phone.

Please hand sanitise at the sanitisation station on arrival prior to being checked in for your appointment.

Your temperature will be taken when you arrive.

All staff are screened and have their temperatures taken in the morning prior to commencing work.

All reception areas have new protective Perspex screens.

All waiting areas are reduced in capacity to maintain 2-metre social distance with appropriate social distancing signage located throughout the practice.

All magazines and toys have been removed from our waiting areas.

We have increased the length of our appointments to allow our staff time to implement these new changes and to ensure all surgeries are appropriately decontaminated and ventilated after every procedure.
